Cancellation Policy

Rentals

You can cancel at any time before delivery.  You will not incur any costs. Once the machine has been installed you will be asked to sign a six month contract and pay one month’s rent in advance and one month’s rent as a deposit. If you cancel the agreement during the 6 month period you may be asked to pay 6 month’s rent in total.  No refunds will be made. If you cancel the agreement after 6 months by giving one month’s notice in writing you will not incur any additional costs and will receive your deposit back, providing the machine is in good condition.

 

Repairs

You can cancel at any time before your appointment.  You will not incur any costs. If the cost of the repair is £50 or less and you decide not to go ahead with it when the engineer visits you may incur a charge of £30.  If the cost is more than £50 you may decide not to go ahead with no charge.

 

Sales

You can cancel at any time up to the time of installation.  You will not incur any costs. Once the machine has been installed you are not able to cancel and no refunds will be given unless the machine is faulty.  If this is the case the machine will be replaced or a full refund given.  If you have paid by credit/debit card the money will be refunded on your card.
